The information we collect is necessary for order processing or to contact you regarding your order.
We may, from time to time, use the information we collect to periodically notify you about new services or special offers we think you'll find valuable. If you would rather not receive this information, please e-mail us with 'unsubscribe' as the subject line.
All data provided, as well as your order history is maintained in a secure database. 
Tchotchke Chic does not sell, trade or rent your personal information to others.

Security:

If you feel uncomfortable shopping online please call us at 855-349-9071. You may also e-mail, your order. Please do not e-mail us your credit card information, only do that via telephone or during the online ordering process. Within 24 hours of receipt of your e-mail order a Customer Service Specialist will call to review and complete the order with you. At that time you will be requested to give pertinent credit card information.

Your Order can be completed online by simply clicking the "Add to Cart" or “Buy It Now” button next to the item you wish to order. The secure server will protect and scramble all of your shipping and credit card numbers with Industry-Standard SSL encryption technology. The ordering information you provide - including credit card information - is secured using Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) encryption technology via Geotrust servers. Geotrust uses SSL (Secure Socket Layer) encryption when transmitting certain kinds of information, such as financial services information or payment information. An icon resembling a padlock is displayed on the bottom of most browser windows during SSL transactions that involve credit cards and other forms of payment. Any time a Geotrust Website Store asks for a credit card number during checkout for payment, it will be SSL encrypted. The information you provide will be stored securely in a safe, encrypted format. This SSL technology is used to prevent such information from being intercepted and read as it is transmitted over the Internet. The encrypted data goes to a secure site where your information is stored on restricted-access computers located at restricted-access sites.

We have invested in this SSL to re-assure you that placing your order online with us is extremely safe and secure. Your privacy and security is our number one priority.

Shipping:

We will ship your order using the fastest, safest, and most reliable method possible. Every product on our site has been carefully selected to ship by a particular shipping method in order to provide you with an optimal delivery experience. We employ FedEx, UPS, USPS, and, when necessary, freight or blanket carriers. All shipments are insured.

Some items are shipped directly to you from the manufacturer; others are shipped from our Salon. Many items are in stock and will be shipped within 14 days of ordering.

When your order ships, you will be notified via e-mail. Included in your email will be a tracking number for your shipment. Once an item is put on the truck, delivery usually takes from 5-14 business days. We encourage you to track your package online or on the phone with the carrier. Most companies can provide an estimated delivery date.

Backordered Items:

We do our best to ensure products are in stock but they can, from time, to time, become backordered or discontinued by our suppliers. We will notify you within 24 hours if an item which you have ordered is a backorder or discontinuation. You will be given the option to keep your order (if backordered) or cancel for a full refund (in either case).

Pricing & Tax:

The prices displayed on this website are quoted in U.S. currency.
Prices are subject to change at any time. 
We are obligated by the State of Mississippi and the County of Pearl River to charge sales tax on items delivered to Mississippi addresses.
Deliveries to all other areas are tax-exempt.

Return Policy:

YOUR SATISFACTION IS GUARANTEED!
If for some reason you do not love your purchase we will gladly accept the return no questions asked.
You will be issued a full refund minus the actual shipping charges by same manner for which item was paid once item is returned.
A 20% re-stocking fee may apply for some items.
1. All merchandise for return or exchange requires a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) 
2. The merchandise must be in original re-saleable condition, in its original carton, including all packaging materials and accessories.
3. The merchandise must be return shipped at the customer’s expense.
4. The merchandise must not have been installed, worn, or altered in any way.
There are no refunds or cancellations on custom ordered merchandise. The exception will be for custom merchandise ordered but not yet produced at the time of cancellation.

**All products that were delivered more than 7 days are considered FINAL and are not eligible for return or replacement.
